•No returns will be accepted within 48 hours prior to the event date.
•Costumes must be returned within seven (7) days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
•No returns or refund requests will be accepted after the Carnival event has taken place.
•A full refund for the cost of the item will be issued to the original payment method.
