To keep your costume looking flawless:

• Hand wash only in cold water using mild detergent

• Do not soak for long periods (protects glue + embellishments)

• Do not machine wash or dry

• Lay flat or hang to air dry only

• Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric

• Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a garment bag

• Handle crystals and chains with care to prevent snagging

• Avoid perfumes, oils, and lotions directly on embellishments

All costume purchases are subject to the following return guidelines:

•No returns will be accepted within 48 hours prior to the event date.

•Costumes must be returned within seven (7) days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

•No returns or refund requests will be accepted after the Carnival event has taken place.

•A full refund for the cost of the item will be issued to the original payment method.

•Please note that the customer may be responsible for return shipping/delivery fees
