All costume purchases are subject to the following return guidelines:

• No returns will be accepted within 48 hours prior to the event date.

• Costumes must be returned within seven (7) days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

• No returns or refund requests will be accepted after the Carnival event has taken place.

• A full refund for the cost of the item will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please note that the customer may be responsible for return shipping/delivery fees
